Frederick County Executive Jan Gardner will hold a public information briefing at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 19, to announce a proposal to ensure quality infrastructure in Frederick County and to advance an economic development proposal.

The briefing will be held in the first floor hearing room in Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street, Frederick, Md.

The briefing will be broadcast live on FCG TV, cable channel 19, and webcast at www.FrederickCountyMD.gov/video.
