The Frederick County Office of Transportation Engineering advises the public that the temporary bridge closure on Boyers Mill Road scheduled for Tuesday, August 2, 2016 has been revised due to a change in the contractor’s schedule.
The Boyers Mill Road will be closed to through traffic for up to 30 minutes on Wednesday, August 3, 2016, from 5 a.m. through 5:30 a.m., to accommodate the contractor, Concrete General. The temporary closure is needed to move a crane from the south side of the project to the north side. Extended delays at the bridge can be expected during this time frame. Unforeseen circumstances may require the temporary bridge closure to be in service longer than anticipated.
