[ARCHIVED] Barnes Confirmed as Chief Administrative Officer

Frederick County Executive Jan Gardner today announced the official appointment of Ray Barnes as Chief Administrative Officer for Frederick County Government. 

The County Council confirmed the appointment on Mar. 6, 2018. Mr. Barnes has been serving as the Acting Chief Administrative Officer since Sept. 11, 2017.
