FREDERICK, MD – The Office of Highway Operations announced today that beginning on or about Monday, September 28, 2020, Gas House Pike will be closed between the east and west ends of San Andrew Drive to facilitate the replacement of two culvert pipes. Weather permitting, the road is expected to be closed for one week, between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. daily.
A detour route will be in place during the road closure. Motorists are requested to use San Andrew Drive. Emergency personnel and appropriate local agencies have been notified.
