FREDERICK, MD – County Executive Jan Gardner will premiere her annual State of the County presentation at 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 19th. Because Winchester Hall remains closed due to the health pandemic, the presentation will be released as a video. The State of the County video, entitled “HOPE: Health, Opportunity, Prosperity, Equity,” will be webcast at www.FrederickCountyMD.gov/FCGTV and from the County Executive’s Facebook page.
