FREDERICK, Md. –Guilford Drive has reopened to traffic. The westbound lanes had been closed between Route 85 and Frederick Crossing Lane since July 2 because a water main break had buckled the pavement. Contractors assisted the Division of Water and Sewer Utilities and the Division of Public Works to repair the water main and roadway. Work was completed this afternoon.
