[ARCHIVED] Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project

A high-voltage electricity transmission line is proposed to run across about 70 miles, cutting through Frederick, Carroll, and Baltimore Counties. 

Frederick County Government has no legal authority in the approval or disapproval of this project. Residents are urged to stay informed, express their concerns, and submit comments as part of the official public record for this project.  Information on the proposed route, the project status, and the public process can be found by following the link below.
