FREDERICK, Md. – Hessong Bridge Road at Black Mills Road will be closed beginning January 8 for approximately one week, weather permitting. During the closure, a detour will be in place, and motorists are encouraged to follow posted signage and plan for additional travel time. Local access will be maintained where possible.
