The Frederick Board of County Commissioners will present the Prisoner of War/Missing in Action (POW/MIA) flag to the American Legion, Francis Scott Key Post #11 during a Veterans Day observance at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 11.
The annual ceremony will be held at Memorial Park on the corner of West Second and Bentz Streets in Frederick, Md.
