Frederick County (Maryland) Government offices and facilities will delay opening until 10:00 a.m., and after that time, employees will operate under the liberal leave system. However, county officials are closely monitoring and evaluating road conditions for possible change in the status of county government and will make further announcements around 8:00 a.m. this morning.
A National Weather Service WINTER STORM WARNING remains in effect until 1:00 p.m. this afternoon due to freezing rain.
