Winchester Hall offices at 12 E Church Street, Frederick, Md., opened at 10:00 a.m. this morning now that power outage issues have been resolved.
However, power continues to be out at county offices in the 30 North Market Street building, so offices in that building are closed for today. Offices include the Treasury and the Division of Community Development.
In order to serve our citizens who wish to make payments, Treasury has opened a satellite office with limited services from a drive-through window at the Frederick County Division of Utilities and Solid Waste Management located at 4520 Metropolitan Court in Frederick.
