[ARCHIVED] County Holds Dedication Ceremony Naming 355 Montevue Lane Building after Dr. Ulysses Bourne

In a ceremony held today, the Frederick Board of County Commissioners formally dedicated and renamed the newly renovated building at 355 Montevue Lane, Frederick, Md., as the Bourne Building after the late Dr. Ulysses Grant Bourne, Sr. (1873-1956).
