Nominations must be submitted by February 10, 2015. Please submit your nomination with a letter of recommendation to CFW@FrederickCountyMD.gov. Award winners will be guests of the Commission and receive their award at the annual Leadership Alliance Dinner to be held on March 19, 2015 at 6 p.m. at Ceresville Mansion in Frederick, MD. The cost of the dinner is $45 per person.
