The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office is inviting citizens to attend the fifth annual open house tomorrow night, Tuesday, August 11th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Sheriff’s Office will be partnering with numerous agencies including Frederick County Emergency Communications, the Maryland State Police, Frederick County Fire and Rescue Services and the Frederick County Health Department to host the event at the Frederick County Law Enforcement Center (LEC), located at 110 Airport Drive East, Frederick.
The event will include building tours, table and public safety vehicle displays, a hands-on crime scene station and K-9 demonstrations. This is a free event open to the public, and will be held regardless of rain. Weather and conditions permitting, a Maryland State Police helicopter will make an appearance. Light refreshments will be served.
