Frederick County Executive Jan Gardner today announced the appointment of Dr. Monica Grant as director of the Citizens Services Division, effective August 8, 2016. She succeeds Pat Rosensteel, who recently retired as director.
“I am confident that Monica will be an excellent leader over the many departments and public services offered in our Citizens Services Division,” said Executive Gardner. “Her management and budgetary skills are an excellent match for this important position, and her experience with the Health Department and knowledge of county government will be an asset.”
