The Monocacy Scenic River Citizens Advisory Board continues to accept public comment on the draft Monocacy River Management Plan through the end of January 2017.
The River Board announced the release of the draft Plan on October 12, 2016. Dr. George Grillon, Chair of the River Board, noted, “The Monocacy River Management Plan is designed as a guide to preserve the splendor of this great natural resource as the region develops.”
