County Executive Jan Gardner will hold an open house to showcase artwork from Frederick County Public School students from 6 – 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 6 at Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street, Frederick.  In honor of National Arts in Education week, sixteen student artists will be recognized at a proclamation ceremony beginning at 6:30 p.m.   


The artwork will brighten the halls of Frederick County Government for employees and visitors.
