[ARCHIVED] Human Relations Commission to Host Naturalization Ceremony

The Frederick County Human Relations Commission will host the 21th Annual Naturalization Ceremony in Frederick County, which will see up to 40 individuals from dozens of countries take the Oath of Citizenship.  The ceremony will be held at Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street, on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 1:00 pm.
