The Frederick County Office of Transportation Engineering announced that Monument Road from Mt. Tabor Road and Blacks Glen Court is now re-opened temporarily to traffic for the winter season.
Due to cold weather, the remaining paving work will be done this spring when weather will be more favorable for installation. The public will be notified when the road will be closed again for about three weeks in order to complete the project.
