Turn Around Dont Drown

The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has issued a 
* Flood Warning for... Southern Carroll County in north central Maryland... Eastern Frederick County in north central Maryland... Southwestern Baltimore County in northern Maryland... * Until 1145 AM EDT.
* At 739 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause flooding. One to two inches of rain have already fallen, and steady moderate to occasionally heavy rain continues to fall over this area. This is likely to cause flooding this morning. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Pikesville, Cockeysville, Westminster, Towson, Woodlawn, Randallstown, Owings Mills, Eldersburg, Milford Mill, Reisterstown, Lochearn, Mays Chapel, Timonium, Mount Airy, Sykesville, Oakland, Gamber, Green Valley, Garrison and New Windsor.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
