[ARCHIVED] Sugarloaf Parkway – Temporary Road Closure

FREDERICK, MD – The Division of Public Works, Traffic and Permit Section, announced today that Sugarloaf Parkway, between Kinnerton Place and Carriage Hill Drive, will be closed for utility installation on Monday, February 8, 2021, beginning at 9:00 a.m.  This closure will allow for the installation of water and sewer facilities.  The road will be reopened to traffic on or about Friday, April 2, 2021.

Motorists are advised to use the signed detour route on Kinnerton Place to reach their destinations for the duration of the closure.
