Guilford Drive – Temporary Road Closure
FREDERICK, MD – A portion of Guilford Drive will be closed to traffic beginning Monday, July 18, 2022, according to the Frederick County Division of Water and Sewer Utilities.
In coordination with the Division of Public Works, the closure will allow contractors to make permanent repairs to the pavement following a water main break that took place on July 14, 2022. Guilford Drive is expected to re-open on or about July 22, 2022.
Motorists are advised to use the marked detour route along Buckeystown Pike (Route 85) to Grove Road, then to Industry Lane, before rejoining Guilford Drive.
