FREDERICK, MD – Highland School Road will be closed to traffic for a bridge deck replacement at the bridge over Little Catoctin Creek on or about April 3, 2023, according to the Department of Highway Operations. Highland School Road is expected to be closed for approximately one month.
Motorists are advised to use the signed detour route along Wolfsville Road, Harmony Road, and Fishers Hollow Road for the duration of the closure. Local residents whose homes or driveways are located within the work area will still be able to access their properties.
