FREDERICK, Md. – Frederick County Government offices and facilities will be closed on Monday, January 26 due to winter weather.
Clarifications and updates to the schedule:
- County Executive Jessica Fitzwater’s FY27 Budget town hall meeting scheduled for Monday, January 26 at 7 p.m. at Governor Thomas Johnson Middle School will now take place on Monday, February 2 at 7 p.m. at Governor Thomas Johnson Middle School.
- Transit Services of Frederick County will be closed, and all services will be canceled on Monday, January 26.
- The Division of Solid Waste and Recycling will send a separate announcement regarding potential changes to solid waste and recycling programs.
- All Division of Parks and Recreation programs, parks, and facilities will be closed on Sunday, January 25 and Monday, January 26.
- Frederick County Public Libraries will be closed on Sunday, January 25 and Monday, January 26.
