Live Video Stream

If you are getting a "Error loading player: No playable sources found" message, please do the following:

  • Using Chrome, visit the Flash Video Player content setting menu page found by copying "chrome://settings/content/flash" into Chrome's address bar.  Alternatively, you can click on the 3 dots in the upper-right of Chrome and click on Settings -> Advanced -> Content Settings -> Flash.
  • Add "http://frederick.granicus.com" under "Allow."  This is our video streaming and archive service provider and is a trusted site.
  • Reload Live Video window.

Video Archives

If you are having trouble playing archived videos in Google Chrome, please try one of the following solutions.

  • Right-Click in the area where the video should be playing and select "reload frame" from the context menu.
  • If you continue to have to do this, Click Here to visit a page that will guide you on Chrome settings that need to be changed.
  • If you are getting a "Error loading player: No playable sources found" message, please see instructions above under "Live Video Stream"

Internet Explorer

If you are having trouble watching videos in Internet Explorer, please try deleting your temporary Internet files.  This option can be found by clicking on the gear in the upper-righthand corner and selecting "Internet Options" from the menu.  Then under "browsing history" on the first tab, click the "Delete..." button.  check only the "Temporary Internet files and website files" option and click "Delete".
