City of Frederick Planning Commission Calendar
Housing-Related Meetings of Incorporated Cities and Towns in Frederick County, MD
All incorporated municipalities within Frederick County set their own affordable housing policies, typically within their respective Planning Commissions. Then, Planning Commissions typically refer affordable housing issues to their mayor and council for final resolution. Developers and citizens also have the right to appeal decisions with the respective Board of Appeals.
City of Brunswick -- https://brunswickmd.gov/
Mayor and Council -- Mayor and Council meet the second and fourth Tuesdays of every month at 6 pm in the second-floor meeting room of City Hall.
Planning Commission
Planning Commission reviews and analyzes all planning and zoning proposals for the City, and makes recommendations to Mayor and Council. Planning Commission meets the fourth Monday of every month (as needed) at 6 pm in the second-floor meeting room of City Hall.
Board of Appeals
Board of Appeals reviews variances and special exceptions of the City Zoning Code, along with claims of administrative error in the interpretation of the Zoning Code. The Board of Appeals meets the fourth Thursday of every month (as needed) at 7 pm in the second-floor meeting room of City Hall.

Planning and Zoning
Monthly meetings on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm virtually.

Bi-weekly meeting on the 2nd and 4th Monday.
Planning Commission
Regular meetings shall be held at least quarterly in the months of January, April, July, and October, or more often as the Commission's duties require. If there is business before the Commission, meetings shall be held monthly until such business has been completed. Regular Meetings are held the last Monday of the month or the next business day at 7:00 p.m. unless amended by the published Planning Commission schedule.

Meets at least once a year.

Meets at 6 p.m. the 2nd Monday of Each month in City Hall Board Room.
