Board of Elections Monthly Meeting

The next monthly meeting of the Frederick County Board of Elections is scheduled for Wednesday, February 4, 2025, at 2 pm and is open to the public.

The meeting will be held at 8490 Progress Drive, Suite 300. Members of the public may address the Board. Pursuant to § 3.2B4 of the Board’s bylaws, public participation at a meeting must be in person, pre-scheduled, and pre-approved by the President. To request approval to speak at a board meeting, contact ElectionBoard@FrederickCountyMD.gov no later than 4:00 PM the day before the meeting. 

Please be aware that pursuant to the Maryland Election Law Article § 2-208 concerning open meetings, this meeting will be streamed live on YouTube, recorded, and archived by the Frederick County Board of Elections. This recording may capture your image, voice, and any statements or actions made by you while attending the meeting.

Meeting attendees and members of the media are permitted to record meetings. Please review the Regulation for Open Meetings Regarding Recording, Photographing, Videotaping or Broadcasting before attending the meeting.
