The Board of Gaming Appeals hears appeals from non-profit organizations, bars/taverns, organization representatives, or distributors related to the denial or revocation of a license or permit. Per the Frederick County Ethics Law, members are required to complete an annual Financial Disclosure Statement. For more information, contact the County Attorney’s Office at 301-600-1030. Board members serve staggered 3 year terms.
